Common questions
What does “Trial access to Luma” mean on Free?
Your first 50 messages with Luma are included with a free account for as long as you keep it. They aren’t a monthly bucket—think of them as a one-time allowance so you can see whether Luma fits you. When you’ve used them up new messages to Luma pause until you move to a paid plan. However, logging, your journal, and past chats stay available and you can continue to otherwise use your account.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between Free, Discovery, and Deep whenever you like. Upgrades take effect on the schedule shown at checkout; if you step down, you keep what you already paid for through the end of the billing period.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your account identity and your health data are stored separately and the link between them is encrypted. We don't sell your data and you can delete it at any time. Read the privacy policy.
Can I export my data?
Discovery and Deep include a full export from settings—a downloadable archive of logs, journal entries, and Luma conversations. On Free you can still use your data in the app; automated export is part of the paid plans above.
