You'll keep full access to logging, your journal, past Luma conversations, reports, and insights — only new messages to Luma are paused. The cap is rolling: any blocked message unlocks within 24 hours of the one that put you over. If you'd rather not wait, upgrading to Pro removes the cap.
Every account that existed at launch gets Pro free for 90 days, no opt-in needed (promo runs through August 5, 2026). New accounts created after launch start on Free with the daily cap from day one.
Yes. Pro is month-to-month with no contract. Cancel from your settings and you'll stay on Pro through the end of the billing period, then drop back to Free — your data stays put.
Yes. Your account identity and your health data are stored separately and the link between them is encrypted. We don't sell your data and you can delete it at any time. Read the privacy policy.
Yes — both tiers can request a full export of their data from settings. You'll get a downloadable archive containing every log, journal entry, and Luma conversation tied to your account.
