Sympa Refund Policy

How refunds, billing errors, and cancellations are handled for Sympa subscriptions.

Because Sympa provides immediate access to digital services and subscription-based features, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the service, please contact us at support@sympa.ai within 14 days of the charge. We will review refund requests individually and make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate issues fairly.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will stop renewal of future charges but does not automatically create a refund for prior payments already processed.

If Sympa is unable to provide the core service purchased due to a system failure or service issue on our side, we may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests involving abuse, repeated misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
